It's weighin day today and the scale read 15 stone 7.75 pounds. Which I am very, very pleased with! 2 pounds off with the amount of food that I ate last week (I ate 1600 calories a day roughly) shows that my body is getting better at dealing with normal people food.
I set myself a wee target of getting to 15 stone by the 9th of may, but sadly I don't think I'm going to be able to lose 7.75 pounds in 20 days. I've a good few days where I'll get some exercise done, I need to up my exercise quite significantly if I intend to get there, but more than 2 pounds a week just isn't feasible anymore really.
